Other solutions like Onesec, Screen Time and Opal allow you to receive notifications of the blocked apps and only block the act of opening them. This is useful especially for Instagram where you might need to get messages and reply from the iOS notifications without getting inside the app. Is this something that could be implemented as a global option or even per-app setting?
